Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): $12.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $50.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. This offer applies to regular priced items and subscription orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes especially during holidays. GlowSavy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@glowsavy.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is reported as delivered but you have not received it please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@glowsavy.com or call (220) 244-4430. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time GlowSavy ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
Subscribe and Save Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as regular orders. Your subscription shipment will be processed automatically on your renewal date and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Product is unused and in its original packaging for non-consumable items
- For skincare products opened due to defect or quality concerns we will review on a case by case basis
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products unless defective or damaged
- Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at info@glowsavy.com with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
Subscription Cancellations
